Merchants Bank and Merchants Capital, subsidiaries of Merchants Bancorp (NASDAQ: MBIN), have recently been honored with the 2025 USA Today Top Workplaces recognition, ranking 22nd nationally within the 500-999 employee category. This is the second year that Merchants has been recognized with this award.
The Top Workplaces program selects honorees based on anonymous feedback collected from team members at each participating organization. In 2025, more than 42,000 organizations were invited to be surveyed by the HR research and technology company Energage, which has been responsible for conducting this confidential survey for the past 18 years. The Program then analyzes the data collected on employees’ workplace experiences, recognizing high-performing companies for their outstanding culture, the value and support shown to employees and the standards set by leadership.
