Based in the heart of the city’s business district, the Merchants team’s space can be found within Oak Brook Regency Towers at 1515 West 22nd Street, Suite 925 West, Oak Brook, IL 60523.
The new space will support a growing team of mortgage professionals as Merchants continues to expand its services and presence across the greater Chicago metropolitan area and throughout the state of Illinois. Focused on residential lending as well as residential construction lending, the Merchants team will use this location as a home base to effectively collaborate with clients and prospective customers in navigating the qualification, application, approval and closing processes.
