Merchants Bank, a fixture of the Richmond community for nearly five years, today announces the expansion of its presence by opening a new location at 1400 Industries Road, Suite 200, Richmond, IN 47374. Recently renovated and located within one of the city’s industrial areas, this location will primarily house members of Merchants Bank’s agricultural lending team, quality control, and operations teams. While primarily focused on serving our Ag customers, the office will provide lending services, open new accounts and process deposit account transactions as needed for customers.

This extension of the bank’s established operations within the city will serve as a home base for 25+ employees. Merchants Bank will continue providing full banking services, including day-to-day financial transactions, to Richmond and the surrounding communities from its 701 E. Main St branch.
